The BOD has determined that the Pickleball Club’s project request to build Pickleball courts at Carriage Manor is a viable project.Accordingly, the BOD has moved the project to Step 3 in accordance with paragraph 13.1 Carriage manor By-Laws.This requires the Long Range Planning Committee and Management to obtain, independently, cost estimates on four (4) location options and recommend to the BOD their recommended location and the rationale for their selection. These recommendations are due to the BOD November 23, 2011.Described below are the 4 location options:
LOCATION OPTION 1
Construct 2 Pickleball courts (expandable to 4) in the existing Horseshoe courts and construct 8 new Horseshoe courts west of the Shuffleboard courts (click here to see diagram).
Construct 2 Pickleball courts (expandable to 4) in the existing Horseshoe courts and construct 8 new Horseshoe courts in the SW Retention area (click here to see diagram).
