Carriage Manor Realty's Rental Department manages many Park Model Units and Vacant Lots for our owners. This ensures that all units are thoroughly cleaned and inspected to meet Carriage Manor's high standards. All properties are rented for a minimum of 1 month with the exception of our off season Incentives.

Park Model Rentals are approximately 400 square feet and consist of a living room with dining area, kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, covered patio and storage shed.
