About Us
Carriage Manor Resort is professionally managed by on-site administrative personnel that are long term employees experienced in association management. The General Manager maintains a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation through the Community Association Institute (CAI). The Association also maintains an annual membership in CAI.
Our amenities are exceptional with a wide variety of daily activities, active clubs and organizations, as well as planned special events by our on-site Activity Director, throughout the Resort.
Carriage Manor Realty is owned and managed by the association and on-site for easy assistance with real estate needs. Since Carriage Manor Realty is owned by the Carriage Manor Resort Association, sales commissions earned by our realty office benefit the entire Association. This department employs professionals licensed with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. This team is highly experienced in everything “Carriage Manor”!
Community Center Complex

Fitness Center Complex
The Fitness Center Complex features an amazing workout facility, a meeting room, restrooms. the maintenance office and the Woodshop Club's multi-room facility.
Grub Club - Food Services
The Grub Club was founded during the 21-22 season to meet the needs of resort residents. It offers meals in the old Patio Grill area. You can check their menu on their website.
Patriots Park
This memorial park area features a Dog Park, Pickleball Courts, and a large green space. The Fitness Center, Maintenance Department, restrooms, classroom and the Woodshop are nearby.
Special Events
There are so many special events at Carriage Manor! You can attend dances, concerts, movies, or enjoy an impromptu campfire, even take a shot at Karaoke or win big at Bingo.
