The community operations are governed by a seven (7) member, elected, Board of Directors. All of our buildings, grounds and facilities are owned, in common, by our resident owners and maintained by the Association. Together they maintain the governing documents as well as the rules and regulations of the Resort through monthly Board of Directors meetings open to the membership of the community.
Our amenities are exceptional with a wide variety of daily activities, active clubs and organizations, as well as planned special events by our on-site Activity Director, throughout the Resort.
Carriage Manor is professionally managed by on-site administrative personnel that are long term employees, experienced in association management. The General Manager maintains a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation through the Community Association Institute (CAI). The Association also maintains an annual membership in CAI.
Our in-house Realty Department, Carriage Manor Realty, is owned and managed by the association. This department employs professional, Arizona State Licensed, Designated Broker and Licensed Realtor, along with an experienced Rental Coordinator to satisfy all your real estate needs and requirements.
